Salt Saturation Tanks are used for storage of brine in many industries including water treatment and food & chemicals markets.  Salt saturation tanks provide a supply of brine solution and fabricated from rotationally moulded PE from WRAS approved materials and are non-taint and non-odour material.

Typical fittings on these salt saturation tanks include;

• Rotationally moulded PE Storage Tank which is UV stabilised for outside sitting
• Lifting lugs
• Top access manway
• Side access manway for access into the tank
• Cat & mouse level gauge
• Suitable mushroom vent
• Overflow
• Outlets – Stub flange or BSP fittings

Enduramaxx’s Salt Saturation Tanks

These tanks are available up to 30,000 litres for processing and storage and available as single wall or bunded tanks specifically designed with pollution control in mind as integral protection from leakage and overfilling.  These plastic tanks are constructed using rotationally moulded mid-density polyethene.  These bunded tanks contain a minimum 110% volume of the inner tank. Simply put, a bunded tank is a ‘tank within a tank’ which helps customers conform to current health and safety legislation.

Enduramaxx tanks can be customised including the fitting of  Fluid Category 5 AB Gap turrets for connecting to the mains.  These bunded tanks are available with options including liquid level sensor assemblies, and tanker fill pipes.  A range of fittings including PN16 and ANSI flanges, welded sockets and as well as fume proof lids and vents.
